★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sucks when you drive all the way home to find out there are no wicked wings in your order. Bad enough KFC is over priced for overcooked dry chicken. 3 Stars only because their customer service wasn't too bad. Chick at the window and on the phone was professional and polite

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Store is new and clean. Staff were friendly too. Not sure about the other reviews but our meal here was great! Chicken tasted really nice, had lota of flavour in the coating and so did our sides etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We visited this store tonight and Tina was extremely helpful as store was closed and no other store across the area had wicked wings available so I called avondale and she informed to come through and she will keep the order ready. She is an valuable asset to the business and has provided great customer service experience today at KFC Avondale. Keep shining :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One thing i love about customer service is the effort they put into customer understanding no matter the circumstances of their morning, thank you to Tasha for your amazing service this morning even though i was hangry and there was a wait cause the other staff was a bit late. we really appreciate your service amazing yummy food and also a surprise in our order for the wait. my family appreciate you. Please promote her KFC Avondale and give her a pay rise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I come here often and this is the second time they miss a item in my meal . I just ordered a 10 Original piece combo with a Chips drink coleslaw and gravy. Unfortunately they forgot my coleslaw . So I drove all the way home which is only ten min away and boom no coleslaw I grab my order come back in to Avondale and told them they forgot my coleslaw demanded for a order replacement as food was cold and then got told no sorry we can only give the coleslaw and not the whole meal. Due to their mistake I'm now eating cold food and the point is to ensure customers orders are correctly given it is now 8:09pm I ordered at 7:44pm and recoeved my order at 7:50pm went home at 8pm and then went back for the replacement. Appalling is all I say ..

Watery potato and gravy (like seriously its ridiculous). Chicken is either so well cooked its turned dark brown and no longer has flavour or so undersized you will quite literally think it was once a Budgie. Your order will most likely be wrong. Don't expect to get what you ordered. They keep their chips round for a very loooooong time and aren't fresh. Its just not worth the hassle going there.

2 counter service area and after you order there is a dedicated pick up window.
When you are ordering through drive through there is only one window where you order and wait there and you will be given your order ? don't drive off as there is that only one window.
