★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My KIWI Designer Home was completed early this year. I moved in seven months ago.
(This isn’t a transportable).
I have frequently been told to always expect a few issues with a new build so I was prepared for the odd problem.
After seven months I would think any issues would have surfaced by now. Not a one! I can’t fault the workmanship and attention to detail.
I’ve also heard it said “KIWI Designer Homes are expensive”. Compared to who? I don’t know. I do say “you get what you pay for” and if my experience with KDH is anything to go by I’d not hesitate to use them again. I got what I paid for. In spades. I have a good quality, energy efficient home.
Blair and his team were fantastic. Never pushy. At planning stage they allowed me as much time as I needed. In summary, they listen.
Always there with sound and practical advice and support. Due credit to Irene. Irene took care of all of the council, NZTA, building consents, and more, with such patience and professionalism. She also took care of me during occasional moments of anxiety usually due to something I didn’t understand. . My “go to” person.
Once the build commenced in came Clint Whyte project manager extraordinaire. Always patient and professional, approachable. Clint ensured the site was immaculate at all times. . That schedules were met. That the smallest detail was addressed. Also a downright nice guy. Nothing was too much trouble ( it probably was in reality!) A Client comes first attitude.

KIWI Designer Homes was recommend to me by several people in Raglan. Strangers to me really but eventually thought, who am I to doubt?
I’m so glad I took the advice on board and not one regret.
I’d rate them well over the five allotted stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Completed my home with Kiwi Designer homes in 2017. Blair and the team were fantastic and delivered a house that is a home. So helpful ,responsive and delivered on time to budget. Kept up to date with any costs for agreed variations upfront. No surprises. Its 2019 and I love my home and If I did it again I will use them absolutely.
