★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The workers made it soo much easier. I will give it 5 stars,for the the lady who went to check the back storage for baby blankets. Everything has changed alot. That's cause I don't normally go shopping at Kmart. There were no people at the counters. They had self service. It felt weird not having at least one person serving. It maybe cause of virus and different changes. But ok. I personally miss people at the counters.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Of all the Kmarts in Auckland, this one is consistently cleaner and tidier, and with better stock levels.
Unfortunately the store only sees fit to allocate one team member to assist in the checkout area, so you end up waiting FOREVER for assistance with scales/things that don't scan/getting security tags removed. Very frustrating!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have one problem with Kmart Papatoetoe, the carpark and location of Kmart from underground. I hadn't been here for a long, long time, forgot its location from where I parked the car. Otherwise, customer service excellent, helpful, most of the staff knew the location of their stock, so 5 stars, keep it up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wanted to find something late at night and there seems to be only 2 staff working. I tried searching it myself and couldn't find it, so I went to the check out and the staff were busy chatting and ignoring me instead of asking me if I need help. Finally when they notice me they said it's somewhere around there and told me to go through each rack, luckily I found it relatively quickly from the beginning of the section. The staff then told me at checkout that section is the worst. They should employ more staff and improve their customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent Kmart. I can usually find things that are out of stock in other Kmarts in here. Only time I have visited this Kmart is after 7pm and by that time - since the mall is closed on most of the days - there is easy parking available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So frustrating having payment counters in middle at back of store. It just encourages people to shoplift on their way out. Ive seen it happen one person on the door doesn't prevent that. Best to pay just before you walk out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not too bad I prefer to go at later times when it isn't too busy (also when there aren't too many people around). But they definitely had the items I was after it pays to look online to ensure they have your item in stock prior to going in store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most excellent click and collect experience in level 3. order was ready in just under 3 hours. very clear instructions provided. despite them looking extremely busy in the store, they all seemed to work like a well oiled machine!!
