★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is the most delightful employee called Wiremu who greets and farewells people at the door, he is a breath of fresh air, always happy, speaks to everyone with such joy, I believe he deserves an award for the best employee ever

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice store, friendly and helpful staff, tricky to find where everything is but by the 3rd visit I had a better idea of where there things I wanted were located. Mobility Parking located just in front of the store which was perfect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Discount store located in 'The Hub' shopping center. Shop has an odd layout with the checkouts towards the back of the building and someone checking your purchases on your way out. Big homeware section with stuff for your kitchen/bedroom/bathroom/etc. The other dominant section is clothing with separate areas for mens, womens & kids clothes. There is a decent baby section and areas for toys and arts n crafts. Can't rate the staff as I've yet to speak to one despite being there three time.
Loads of parking outside..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome customer service-my elderly parents & I were queuing to go in & it was hot today. The store greeter took us to the front & let us in straight away. A joy to shop in with lots of space inside to shop compared to how crammed it used to be.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service. Was queuing in the hot sun to go in when a staff member let me & my wife go straight in as we're both old. Found 2 out of 3 items I wanted (store currently trying to build up stock levels again).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor customer service and messy store. Could be due to covid pressure and lack of staff but 1 lady was very rude when I asked her where the men's footwear was. Specifically Crocs and she replied "walk the shop" very poor but I gave a 3 star purely because this could be covid pressures. Otherwise a 1star
