β β β β β I would not recommend to see the Filipino doctor at this clinic. She was not approachable! We we're there to have our annual check up and for our fertility, but instead she just asked us what was our main purpose of seeing her. And we told her that we need a new referral for our fertility check up because we are soon be eligible for IVF. And when she showed us the diagnoses from our last exam, then she started to raise her voice at us thinking that we did not understand what she was talking about. What she was telling us are the options of the IVF NOT THE DIAGNOSES. SHE MISUNDERSTOOD THE RESULT SENT FROM THE CONSULTANT. Instead of sitting with the patient and talking to us and ask us what are the other concerns, she just printed a request forms for bloodtests as what we have asked for. She has no empathy towards us. Very UNPROFESSIONAL. WE ARE VERY DISAPPOINTED TO OUR FELLOW COUNTRYWOMAN DR. MARIA DEL FIERRO. WE ARE NOT HAPPY OF YOUR SERVICE.

β β β β β Some of the services leave a bit to be desired. But some of the complaints people are making here are their own fault. They should use their brains and work out when the clinic is likely to be at its busiest and not go there at those times - they are open 12 hours a day, 7 days a week. Also, this is a poor area with a lot of sick people and the clinic is cheap, and they are the main reasons why the waiting times are so long.

β β β β β There should be an 0800 number, I've waited 12 minutes the first call, tried again and still no answer from the receptionist, all that happens is I run out of credit on my phone. At level 3 we're told to stay home don't break bubbles, so, going to the doctor's surgery doesn't seem safe when all I'm ringing for is a prescription..

β β β β β Small but a great place for a regular health issues. Staff is very warm and hospitable. The only can be challenging is that they do not have advance appointment booking option but you have to visit the center and book the appointment. And you might have to wait for 45 minutes to 1 hour depending on number of patients and number of doctors on duty.
But one thing is good is they do consider emergency cases and give them priority if needed. ??

β β β β β IF you wish to see a doctor you might hope to not d*i in the waiting room before going to see one... takes at least 3 hours of waiting to see a doctor and waited on the phone for 49 min to be answered if i can make an appointment...

β β β β β Most of the nurses here are really nice there's one that is always rude everytime I go here she is rude to everyone. The toilets are disgusting the toilet seats are broken, graffiti all over the walls and used pee collectors are sitting on the shelf above the basin that looks to me like they've been there for months on months. Everytime I go it's always a 5 hour wait minimum. Hardly ever answers the phone.

β β β β β I usually do online consultation. First time first impression was good. It was little confusing with the entrance but finally found it with the help of locals. For me they had 1 of each reception, nurse and doc. Went smooth for me. Appreciate their hard work during this time.

β β β β β I took my son to get his COVID vaccine on a weekday, rushing during my work hours to get my son after school and to get there before 4pm as I called them BEFORE going in and being informed If I got there by 4 it would be fine. Made it before 4pm and they said they would not do, to come back the next day. Then I said I called in and was told it would be fine if I got there before 4pm. The nurse looked at my son- 14 years old, taller than me- and said they were not doing kids that day anymore!!!!! Just adults!!!
