β β β β β Mr Bhikoo is lovely. Always pleasant, and great at explaining what is going on. Because of his diligence, he found that I needed to have my eyes lazered to prevent glacoma. Middlemore Hospital told me because of my optician's efficiency in finding the symptoms so early, I had no complications and he was very efficient. I totally agree. Thank you :)

β β β β β I have been a customer of Mr. Bhikoo for over 20 years and he has always been kind, caring, gentle, informative, attentive and professional. I have particularly sensitive eyes and Mr. Bhikoo is alway so patient and puts me at ease with his kind words. Todays visit left me feeling looked after and 'in good hands'. Mr. Bhikoo, Alice and the team are amazing at what they do, and I highly recommend their service.

β β β β β My son (just turned 16yrs) was due a vision recheck. He also wanted contact lenses. Previously did not experience great service at the Spec Saver branch at the Plaza so was loathe to go back. I choseLowes, Taffe and Bhiko as his Big Sister had gone there when she was young and we had not issues. The service we got was fantastic. The optometrist was super thorough and the front of house staff were very attentive, teaching my son how to insert contacts. Then they gave by son free sample lenses initially so he could get used to wearing them and see which kind was ok, before we they sold us a full 3 months supply. The optometrist requested multiple checkups to ensure my son was ok before he agreed to sell him contact lenses. Costs were way less than I expected... so I am VERY VERY happy.. highly recommend.

β β β β β Mr Bhikoo and the team provide excellent and skilled eye health services. This is not a franchise operation offering gimmicky deals to get you in the door. I have been a customer since when my eyes started to age (like the rest of me) and have always left the store happy.

β β β β β All my family members wear the glasses and all of us regularly go to Lowes Taaffe & Bhikoo Optometrist for the past 20 years, regardless of the distance, as we live on the other side of the city. The service is absolutely fantastic, Mr Bhikoo always go an extra mile and make sure that our health and interests are protected. If you are looking for the optometrist that you can trust, I truly recommend Mr Bhikoo

β β β β β I recently returned to Lowes Taaffe & Bhikoo after trying a more "budget" service which left me dissatisfied and with poor vision. LT&B corrected my prescription, diagnosed an underlying issue and booked me into medical services, and gave frank and friendly advice on the style of glasses that would suit me best. Such a pleasant, efficient experience, I can't recommend them highly enough.

But they did such a brilliant job with my prescription and measurements that I had no trouble at all and was fully operational straight away, much to my delight. I also have to mention how patient and incredibly helpful Alice was when i was choosing the frames. She gave me great advice and i just love my new specs. I have been going to Lowes Taffe Bhikoo for years, really trust that they will provide the best care and service, and highly recommend them.
