β β β β β So good on so many occasions- but one that stays with me is - my daughter had broken her arm at daycare ( 4 at the time ) and was freaking out about going in an ambulance so we went to med plus - doctors were so kind caring and fitted her in even though they were booked .. amazing service.
Today - after severe side effects from a prescription ( not prescribed by them ) again the fitted me in - our family has now moved to med plus .. these guys know there stuff !

β β β β β We have been registered here for over one year, every time we can make appointment online easily for next day or even on the dayοΌ Every doctor and nurse here are very nice, polite, patient, good medical skills with smile. Short waiting time is quite good. Even we have moved to far away from here we still stay here. Thanks for all doctors and nurses here.

β β β β β I went there late April because of my left ear fullness, the doctor checked my ear for 2 seconds and said there was nothing serious and didn't prescribe me any medicine at all. I insisted and he told me he would refer me to a specialist, but mentioned the specialist might not open during lock down. I still felt uncomfortable, so I went to another clinic the second day. I was told the cause of it and was also proscribed some medicine including a nasal spray which helps a lot. And then after around one week or so, I received an automatic message about the referral to a specialist. I have enrolled with another clinic

β β β β β Absolutely disgusting and shameful customer service. Completely unprofessional and they consistently get my prescription medication wrong. I recommend you go to any other practice in Auckland, avoid Med plus at all costs.

β β β β β The wait times at Medplus are getting intolerable. If you aren't waiting for them to pick up the phone, you are waiting hours for a call back or you are waiting for hours in the car park or waiting zone. Several times now we have gone to Medplus, only to wait for close to an hour before anyone even acknowledges us. I can understand the need to prioritize those in need but you have a duty as a healthcare provider to inform all customers if a doctor will be too busy to see you, despite an appointment. People have lives and jobs and can't afford to wait in limbo to hear if they will be looked after today. Terrible service. If you are too busy then please, hire more staff.

β β β β β We had such a fantastic experience at Medplus today getting our Covid vaccines. Everything ran so smoothly and was so professional. Social distancing was in place, plenty of sanitiser everywhere and everyone wearing masks. Iβm 36weeks pregnant so all of the safety measures put in place were so reassuring. Thank you to all the staff at Medplus for making this an easy experience. Would highly recommend.

β β β β β Medplus Hauraki has been our family practice since moving to Auckland four years ago. The receptionists, nurses and doctors are all so friendly and professional. Love the online portal for booking appointments and online consultations. Also very handy to have the pharmacy right there too. Highly recommend.

β β β β β I have been a patient at Medplus since it's beginning, and can honestly say that the staff ; doctors, nurses and receptionists have always treated both myself and my family members with caring and professionalism. I miss not being able to visit in person, but they are doing an amazing job in difficult circumstances. Thank you as always for your advice and help .
