★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I feel so lucky!
Over 1 short month my dog Hurley had suddenly developed quite a bad fear around heights and/or water
Prior to this he was just a normal happy dogo
It was to the point where it was crippling Hurley when enjoying our walks out and about as he would skitter along the edge of the sidewalk
Working with Darran over just 2 sessions was amazing, after the first session improvements could be seen after a short reiki session and getting out and about testing Hurley’s boundaries and beliefs. The second and last session had him happily walking without fear, it has been simply life changing for our dogo and us (you just have to look at the video of Hurley’s before and after to realise the impact Darren had)
Darrans mindfulness approach by guiding but letting the dog work it out for themselves I feel is the best approach to any issue you may be facing with your dog I would highly recommend him to anyone to reach out to him for some help with your beloved dog.
I am looking forward to many more enjoyable walks with my dog, Thanks again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Feedback on the day of our first group session with Darran…
“Oh WOW today was amazing! Thank-u Ginny for organising it I’ve put it into practice already and I can’t believe the shift in behaviour. Rusty’s flaked on the bed & hasn’t moved ”
“Yes thank you so much @Ginny Potts I found it so helpful. We did our walk this evening and had to pass 4 barking dogs, Harley managed not to bark at any of them….”
“Evie met cows for the first time a few days before we had a session with Darran & suffice to say she didn’t enjoy them at all. Post session & based on Darran’s teaching my approach was completely different (much more mindful & calm :)) & the outcome was so different. Evie worked through her fear (expressed via her consistent barking) & it’ll be interesting to see how she goes on her next meeting with the cows.”
Darran’s philosophy of mindfulness & perspective on dogs, dog training & in the case of our three dogs canine anxiety was an absolute eye opener for all of us. We’ve come away with tools that could be applied straight away & as shared above they were very successful in outcome. One of our group members has a dog who is not comfortable with strange males however Darran’s very calm & considerate (mindful) approach meant for a much more relaxed & accepting boy. Personally speaking after our session I will be completely different in how I approach any issue with our three dogs and we are all looking forward to our next training session.
Thanks so much Darran!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a fear aggression issue with strangers when my puppy was 6 months old. Had 3 private lessons with Darran. My dog now has a quick sniff when meeting strangers, waits for a pat then walks away. I would recommend contacting Darran if you and your dog need help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a responsible breeder we guide our families with finding a puppy class that is well run and taken by an experienced force free trainer. Darran ticks all those boxes and is on our list for families located near him.
With Covid 19 lock-down striking us just as we had a litter going to their forever families we didn’t want them to not have access to a great puppy course no matter their location. Darran had his online course up and running in days and it was perfect for our families. The content is great and the way it is delivered is very easy to learn from. We raise our puppies using Puppy Culture so is very important to us that our families continue to learn about raising a puppy in a force free home from the moment they take puppy home.
We highly recommend Darran at Mindfulness4Dogs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Darran, Papia and Carla are all amazing trainers. I highly recommend their puppy classes. Our puppy, Nala, loves attending her weekly classes, she has learnt how to be confident around other dogs and people. Every lesson you leave with some new tips to improve your skills as a handler.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Darran is an amazing trainer i highly recommended him! we have a Siberian Husky x Border Collie Blue Merle. basically he is a handful. We decided to try and train him ourselves but he soon became too much to handle and all that we tried failed. In one session Darren calmed him down completely! His method of training is the best I've seen and you won't be disappointed!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Darren has been a life saver. Awesome service and extremely knowledgeable. Our little ones were quite solid barkers. While driving, while sitting. Just generally all the time. He has helped us train them into much more well behaved dogs. They listen to us much more. Walk nicer on the lead and are just generally much better behaved. Couldn’t recommend enough.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic experience with the team at M4Dogs, highly recommended. The puppy pre-school gives the owners some really useful skills to work on with their puppies following an ethos of relationship building. Most importantly the class gives your puppy many novel, positive experiences to help them grow into a confident dog. Thanks heaps, looking forward to our next classes!
