Mentors motivate and help all their candidates with their projects and personal training. After finishing MRHQ, your chance of getting employed will definitely increase.

After doing the Mission Ready HQ program, I had a plethora of organisations reaching out and contacting me for job interviews. At one point, I had one job interview lined up for everyday of a week, which is a testament to how the accelerator program helps their candidates reach their career goals. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mission Ready HQ has been pivotal in my journey from teaching to UX design. The wraparound support given by all the mentors and facilitators (namely Alan and Seann) has been invaluable to my learning process.
The way that the course (specifically the Agile UX Designer pathway) is responsive to the needs of both the candidates and the industry itself has been a breath of fresh air in the tertiary education space.
Through working on real projects from real clients, I have been able to hone my UX thought process, learn to collaborate within multi-disciplinary teams and refine my wireframe and prototyping skills.
The support that the team at Mission Ready has given me post-completion (in the way of portfolio advice, interviewing skills and more), has been an absolute credit to the organisation. They have helped me land my role as a Product Designer within the NZ tech space and I can’t recommend the course enough to anyone who is looking to make their next career jump into tech.

You have access to trainers with many years of real lived experiences in the tech sector. These are the types of trainers I like to learn from. From Day 1 we were working on projects (Mission's), collaborating, brainstorming, researching, defining the needs/problems, creating ideas, prototyping solutions, testing, refining and doing this in smaller chunks aka sprints.
