★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mt Eden Mobil Gas Station provides a very special feature in its services. It incorporates Mobil Smiles points to redeem when one uses it for purchasing gasoline. There are levels of points of accumulation for redeeming whenever one purchases fuel. 300 Mobil Smile points gives $5.00 redeem. 500 Mobil Smile points gives $10.00 redeem. Also, the more points you attain the more one can redeem by the Mobil Smiles Card. Apply online and use the card for your account’s Mobil Smiles points and Rewards’ status control. I just got a free coffee reward from the Mobil Smiles Card. Adhering the feature, there are fuel discounts on certain days, free car wash, as well as free coffee. Anyhow the card has the Smiles points line visibility indicator for one’s access.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was extremely offended by the manager .she accused me of manipulating my Mobil coffee card. she said the stamps on the card were not from Mobil. and the proceeded (what felt like a interrogation about where I got the card stamped and refused to redeem me a free coffee. .why the heck would I waste my time for a $5 coffee. the day before this insult I filled up my 3 family cars at Mobil spending over $500 .never again will I spend a cent at any of your stores. how dare you insinuate I'm dishonest. you more or less called me a liar and a cheat. shame on you. choke on your coffee ZERO STARS

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an issue with one of the guys working the night shift there but the manager and employee on today (will update with names when I can) handled it so well and were so respectful and handled the entire situation extremely carefully. That is how customer service is done! Thank you to the two lovely ladies for taking care of this in a professional manner and making me feel respected and not deter me from using the services provided by you guys .. it really goes to show that the actions of one person does not reflect on the hard work and effort applied by the rest of the team. Cheers ladies and keep up the good work.
