★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hollie is soooo nice and great with dogs. This place is huge and has no smell, even with more than 10 dogs in it. All the dogs look very happy and my puppy loved the place. I will definitely send my dog there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The ladies at My Dog are amazing. They are always excited to see the pups and take such good care of them. My guy comes home knackered every time. I live that they post photos and videos of the pups so you can see what they are up to all day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called today at 10:28am and asked if they're able to accommodate our dog for a day tomorrow or for Friday, provided name and telephone number and told by person that answered the phone she'll need to check with her Manager and she'll call back. NO-ONE CALLED BACK. Poor customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hollie and her team do an amazing job. Very responsive and supportive. Our little guy is just a ball of energy but he gets to play and comes home exhausted and sleeps like a log. Great service and the team post daily photos so you can see what the pups are up to. Thanks guys!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff, super convenient being so close to town, the dogs are all well looked after with plenty of space to play and interact with the other eachother. Has helped my dogs heaps getting used to being around other dogs and they all love it there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My young dog is highly sociable and non-aggressive. On his 3rd time here he was so badly bitten he couldn’t walk, crying in pain, and my vet assumed a broken leg so admitted him overnight. When the manager told me about the “accident” she said she had not seen anything untoward all day. Later when I told her he had a bite injury right to the bone, she said she would look at the CCTV footage and “sort out” my vet expenses. My vet bill was $550, but fortunately no permanent damage. A few days later she said she had identified the attacking dog and would speak to the owners. She also said the attack was at lunch when they were on their break, and that “we stuffed up”. I was hoping that meant the day care or the attacking dog’s owner would contribute to my vet bill. But no, the other dog was not even banned from the day care, so putting other dogs at risk. Despite many weeks of my constant follow up, the Manager keep fobbing me off saying she will “sort it in own time”. She never sorted it. Be warned, this place may be dangerous for your dog.
