★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Since changing your pricing model, to absorb cost increases, and presumably better manage fluctuating demands, we have NEVER been less happy with the service. The promise, for a flat fee per month, was that "our ultimate goal being to ensure that you have a fantastic looking landscape and feel you are getting great value for money" as stated in your email. We accepted the new pricing, and sent a long list, with photographs, of things that have been neglected and which we expected to be fixed. We discussed this also with our new gardener, Constanza (who by the way, is a GEM!) Our issues include basic things like keeping the lawns to a reasonable length, and also trimming the hedges on the TOP, not just the sides - apparently the team don't have a long enough ladder! The only reason the hedges are so high is because you neglected them in the first place. Our garden has become a HUGE EMBARASSMENT to us when we have guests visit - looks unkempt, and unloved. Clearly, garden maintenance is not your 'sweetspot' and you should simply stop making promises that you can't fulfil. Why are we paying you? We have not seen anyone from Natural Habitats for at least 3 weeks (yes, Constanza did let me know she is isolating, hope she's getting better) - the reason we use a company is so that you can cover for staff absences! And it wouldn't be a problem if you'd got the garden under control earlier when we complained in the first place!
