Please find those photo's, That you & your team have lost.
WHICH WERE SENT BY COURIER ON THE 25/10/18 with all the rest of the important information (paper work) "Which you have" as you have said (Team member of your company) "But no photo" (which were inside the envelope as the paperwork)
I had just got off the phone with 26/10/18 7:50pm
You need to be a lot more careful with belongings, Which do not belong to you, time and effort has been wasted, We have spent $306.00, To trust so called professional people & company with our money.
We still have not received what we NEED which is good news that our daughters passport is complete.
Now we may have to spent an extra $26.50 to receive. (Blank)
FIND THE PHOTO'S !
OR THE NEXT LOT OF PHOTO'S THAT I SEND IN I WILL DEFINITELY LEAVE YOU A MESSAGE ON THE ENVELOPE.
Very poor service.....

After been kicked out the plane on our way to Bali because one of passport was expiring with the next 6 months.
Paid extra for the 3 day passport, but had it in 2hrs

The lady who looked after us was FANTASTIC! Her name is Sue. Very friendly, very patient with my three little kids, she gave them paper and pencils to create and keep busy. She sorted our passports and helped me with other docs too. She saved my sanity and my day!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Applied for my passport online, the first time was a bit frustrating because they wouldn't except the photo, I did it 8 times and gave up, you're only aloud 10 attempts 'however I gave it another go a few days later and wallah it worked, but still has to be checked by human eyes, so here's hoping it arrives ?? when my passport arrives then my star rating will change
