★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lady who served me was lovely, I just wish they had similar stock to Nike nz online store. I was specifically after a carbon plated shoe and they only had one choice even though Nike has 5 or so shoes on their website with plates so dropped one star off the review.
They do have a free club where you get $50 off for every $500 spent and that's quite good considering their prices matched Nike nz and I couldn't see any discounts like that on Nike nz website.

I had no idea what I wanted or what would be best suited for what I wanted a pair for and I am so grateful for the employee named Ben and all the help and knowledge he was able to offer. Made it super easy to find the perfect pair for me. THIS MAN DESERVE A PAYRISE NIKE!! Thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best (upgrade) service today at the Lambton Quay store today from Chris. Went in there with my two brats just for a browse and 20 minutes later, Chris has sold us a puffer jacket for the girl, and a pair of Air Jordans for my boy (his very first pair!). Was a super busy day, but Chris was able to
juggle us with other customers whilst maintaining excellent service. Well done Chris! Will be definitely be back, especially since you signed us up for membership.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased Air270 for $250 on the 27th January 2022 and popped the air bubble on the 31st January so the right shoe is deflated, phoned customer service as well as Lambton Quay store where I bought them and have been advised they won't repair or replace.
Local shoe repair store cannot repair either.
I waste a lot of money and I have to say this is the biggest waste of money, even for me. ??♀️
Oh and the kicker (excuse the pun), if I'd bought off the website directly then there is a two year warranty.
