Stephen Anderson and Mark Watkins and the team were able to work with my budget, my trade in requirements and my hopes and dreams of buying my first new car!! They were both so professional, they spoke TO me (not at me - big difference!), they never brow beat me into any car type or finance deal I didn’t want... The whole experience was utterly delightful, relaxing and stress-free.... I was so impressed... (I had driven Hyundai’s for years previously so I knew how good they were) I purchased a car that day!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Once again fantastic service from North Harbour Hyundai! Diagnosed and repaired a suspension noise I was hearing, as well as sorting out a bunch of maintenance items. All done in record time, at a fantastic price and the car was clean on return! Many thanks to service advisor Gareth and workshop foreman Simon - the car drives like new again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was the worst service experience I have ever ever had. It took 3 weeks for them to get the booking right. When I finally got there they couldn’t find our account ( it’s a lease vehicle ). I had been there 3 times before with my other company vehicle. A week later I hadn’t heard and I had to get the Marac guy involved. It took going to the new owner Trent Ingham to sort it. Yesterday when I finally dropped it off I was abused by reception for not having a mask. I was so shaken that I took a male friend took me and went in to get it. The only apology was from Trent Ingham not from the staff. These clowns clearly don’t value customers and shouldn’t have jobs !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the most thrilling experience thanks to them. Had vehicle for servicing earlier this week. I think a bolt or joint didn't get closed right as there's oil leak (the car is 2019 model at 30000km). So when I thought I had a fair km to the next oil station on a motorway... nope. I made it but only with 10km left in the tank.
2 stars as it's a one for this exp but the previous service was ok. Getting into contact with the service dept after was a nightmare.
After this car, I think I would change to tesla just from this experience alone
