★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please avoid buying anything from this page. For Christmas, I got two electronic vouchers. The ads say that the vouchers are to redeem online immediately. However, it wasn't the case. I never received the coupons; Christmas was getting closer, and I contacted the customer service team, and it took me four weeks and an infinite number of emails to get help.
I asked to speak to someone or a number I could call as the situation was getting too upsetting, so they decided to ignore me.
There is no customer service number, and getting the right help is almost impossible.
Avoid at all costs! The advertising is false, and the voucher wasn't available immediately.
Worse experience with customer service as well, they don't help, and they are genuinely careless and have zero empathy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NZsale seems to be operated from Ausie now. It takes ages to arrive and if you need to return, bad news you have to send it back to Ausie at your own cost. They seem to be more of a market place platform rather than previously sourced from reliable suppliers themselves. If you don't know the brand, don't trust the pictures, there are some cheap knock off brands that the products will not reflect the pictures. This happened to myself. Still waiting for them to resolve the issue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a terrible company. DON'T BUY FROM THEM. Shipping was stated at 5 days but took 3 weeks to arrive. I was immediately bombarded with daily CRAZY SALE emails into my inbox. When I tried to return the item my request was denied. Exactly the type of company this world doesn't need or want.
