It's awesome, no micro-management needed. What's even better - she is forthcoming with ideas to help your business in line with your values and business goals and has a great attention to detail. She'll give me a gentle nudge too if she's waiting on something from me, which helps ensure we get tasks completed on time. I really feel she's part of my team and I wouldn't be without her now.
