β β β β β The staff were super lovely and nice! They made sure I was safe, and helped me find options to be in a safer environment. Plus checked up on me to make sure I was okay. The meeting with the staff was nerve racking at first, but as soon as I was conformable about telling my situation, they were, again, incredibly helpful and patient with me. They also explained everything that I didn't understand very well like the procedure of getting an Interview for documentation purposes for police record.
