β β β β β we called at 8:10 am on the 1st of February 2019 and the receptionist is awfully rude, I recommend to tolerate this issue and may be find a new receptionist.

β β β β β Grateful to even get an appointment the next day when so many other practices don't have the capacity to take on a new client. Reception were friendly and efficient. And the doc was a breath of fresh air after dealing with the Auckland DHB and Auckland Hospital; I felt listened to, not rushed - I was ready to jump out of my seat because I'm used to being hurried along, but the information and assistance was thorough. Thank you, very grateful!

β β β β β Love this place. Great docs, great nurses and great receptionists. Some doctors offices you feel in the way or like you're taking up time but these guys always make you feel welcome. Great for last minute appointments too..
