β β β β β Bought a relatively new car off them. Prices are usually reasonable, and you can sometimes get good deals. Service is great though, Pam was excellent help and nice and chilled, explained through everything well. Cannot promise anything on the reliability of their cars though.

β β β β β We bought a car from here less an one month ago, when we bought it we were made aware of anything mechanical that goes wrong in the next 12 months is covered completely by them and under consumers guarantee act. Been less than one month to find it is leaking in multiple places, we call up and they tell us to get a quote to have it fixed. So we have done that and the owner is not happy at all with the quote (says their mechanic can do it cheaper) however we live in different parts of the country so this isn't possible. The owner is on the phone swearing at us saying they don't accept the quote (was only $1600) and we won't get a cent. Immaturity like this makes you wonder how someone so childish can own a business. If we had known this we would never have bought from here.

β β β β β This dealer has a vast selection of quality cars and SUV's.Very helpful staff, a problem with vehicle that I had just won arose which was sorted out and fixed straight away and I am absolutely pleased with the outcome. Would definitely deal again. Awesome results Thanks 1 stop cars!

β β β β β Spent $16000 on a van that was to be delivered from Auckland, it arrived in reasonable time but with horrible mould, dirty interior, cracked headunit display and bent door . While still warrantable the damage was not apparent in photographs nor was i made aware of it.
Very poor service in terms of quailty cleanliness and i wouldnt recommend.
Very dissapointing for the price of the vehicle.
I was reimbursed $100 for cleaning costs by the owner , so i appreciate the act of good service
