★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After a lot of research we decided to use Pethaven Quarantine. Our fur baby Lola travelled all the way from London to Auckland we couldn't have picked a better quarantine station. Jane and her team were the absolute best! We got regular photos and updates on her process and when we collected her she was super happy and well looked after. We would 100% recommend Pethaven!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pethaven are fantastic. They looked are our Jack Russell Frankie so well and we got regular updates and pictures. We are so grateful for all their help, especially during this tough time. The staff played with her daily and bathed her so she felt very loved and we had the comfort knowing she was well looked after. They made the process as stress free as it could be and she is now so happy in her new home!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff at Pethaven were throughly professional throughout the whole quarantine process. We received regular updates and photos, which we found very reassuring at such a stressful time for our dogs and us as their owners. We found the staff to be incredibly caring and they clearly love animals and look after them with real affection. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Pethaven if you are looking for a quarantine facility for your much loved pet travelling to New Zealand. Pethaven is set in a peaceful rural area well away from noise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our dog spent 10 days here when he arrived from SA. They sent photos all the time and our Billy was so happy with them. When we collected him, he went back inside to say goodbye to all his new human friends. The staff here is truly passionate about what they do and have a sincere love for animals. I would definitely use them again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I flew my chihuahua from London to Auckland during covid, after flight cancellations he finally got on the plane. Pethaven were amazing and honoured my deposit even though his actually flight date turned out to be a year later than initially planned. I kept informed every step of the way. I was sent constant photos and updates. He always looked like he was having so much fun with everyone and playing. I mainly communicated with Jane, and she answered all my questions thoroughly. Couldnt be happier with the service.

We truely couldn't be happier with there service. They have been so amazing. We had to do our managed isolation at the same time as our dog which ment he had to stay for an extra few days on top of his 10 days to wait for us. Jane and her team have sent us lovely emails every two to three days updating us on his progress with amazingly reasuring pictures of our boy playing and having fun and getting treats and every email has expressed our boys personality.
Even when the weather was bad and I was alittle worried about him they let me know that he was fine and tucked up nice and cozy under the heat lamps.
We couldn't have asked for more, its such a massively worrying thing to do when you put your very much loved family member through such a scary ordeal without you, but once they get here all you want to know is that there healthy and happy and Pet Haven have really made it soooo much easier for us from the very first day he arrived by letting us know he was eating, toileting and had had a nice wash to freshen him up after the long journey in his crate to the other side of the world.

Jane was super responsive, answered all of my questions, made me feel supported and ensured everything was all sorted. I appreciated the regular pictures and updates, plus the help with flying Mia to Wellington after her stint in quarantine. Thank you so much!!! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arriving back to NZ with my two mates who had to spend 10 days in quarantine at PetHaven, at least 4 years ago, have been recomending the place ever since but have never written a review. Was a great stay for them pre-covid and I was able to visit every day but Sunday and there was only one during their stay! I brought blankets for them and was able to see at that time that they were as happy as they could be with the change of country. Many thanks Dot, Tommy & Jerri
