★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service. The technician explained exactly what was wrong with my phone and how the fix would happen. Seriously these guys are super Geeks when it comes to technology as everywhere else I took it before said it couldn't be fixed.
I got it back the next day just like new and he halfed the Bill..!!! Definitely 5 stars. Highly recommend.
(one year later) Had my Battery in my Samsung Galaxy Edge 6 needed to be changed, I went to a new Phone fixer here in Dunedin and the quote was $80 to $100 bucks, I thought Dang!! then I remembered Phone Surgeons and took it up to them, and they fixed it and it cost me $20 dollars!!! Mate, couldn't believe the other stores Quotes, Only using Phone Surgeons from now on, Honesty is what is needed when dealing with people and Phone Surgeons are Honestly the Best in the City. 10 Stars...!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in willing to pay for an expensive repair to an old IPhone, had great service with a quick turnaround and was told that there was a cheaper option. If the cheaper option didn't work then it would act as a credit on a more expensive fix. These guys are highly recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my Apple Watch in to get a new screen. Instead of the two days quoted, a crucial part of the machine used to repair was broken and we had to wait for a new part. Cameron kept me updated throughout the process and offered me a discount as the job took much longer than expected. I was very happy with the service and would 100% recommend them to others.

We live in the middle of nowhere, which can be challenging and stressful trying to get IT issues resolved. Matt was so patient over the phone troubleshooting for us. And to know that the device could be so easily couriered there and back was such a relief. We were hanging out for a good coffee so decided to drive to Dunedin to drop off, and Matt couriered it back over night. Such a wonderful experience all round for a technically-challenged couple. Thank you Phone Surgeons.
