About Pinnacle Life Insurance
You can pay your Pinnacle Life premiums monthly, six-monthly or yearly. We prefer it if you pay by direct debit, however we also accept internet banking/automatic payment, cheque (for six monthly or annual premiums only), or credit card. When paying via credit card, a charge of 3.95% is added to your premiums.
We do not accept weekly or fortnightly payments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I found their on line application process very easy and simple to follow , and after comparing their price against all of the other suppliers in NZ for the same amount of cover , Pinnacle life was at least 20 % cheaper .. Its a No Brain`er really , why would anyone want to pay any more of their hard earned dollars to anyone else .. its refreshing to know that there are still insurance companies out there that offer better value for money .. well done Pinnacle its a win win for all concerned ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't trust this company's online quotes! Once they approve your policy they then ask for a higher price. Why? Because of the "healthy living" clause. Basically answer "yes" to having ANY health issue, including cold or flu, and it triggers an increase to the price above the quote. Answer "no" to ever having cold or flu and they may refuse to pay your claim. It's a scam.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I asked the customer service rep to stay on the phone with me while I completed the application, I was 50% through and kept running into questions I needed clarification with. I asked if she couldn't stay on the line or if she could she call me back in five minutes. She said I could call her back instead. Sorry, this isn't good enough, I shouldn't have to chase a rep to buy insurance. This just tells me that should my family or I ever need to claim on insurance its going to be one long chase. I'll now go elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very easy process of getting life insurance -- even when my application had to go through underwriting due to family health history, I got a call the next day to get everything settled. The rates I got were very fair. I did extensive research before getting life cover and I know that they're still the most affordable. The 98% payout rate was what mattered to me more than the price. I've personally seen their claims process at work (another family member is insured with them) and I know that they're true to their word. At the end of the day, I want to make sure that my family gets the money to help them carry on.

I have lived a long life and these patronising and awful ads make me less likey to even consider this company. Awful. I feel diststain everytime I see your green man on the television and have to mute the volume.
