★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered for a delivery online it didn't show.up even after I waited 15 mins after delivery time the phone line is not working as I could not connect to the shop from 0800 number , I ended up having to drive to shop and pick my own order up it was only just warm by the time we actually ate it . That's it I won't be coming back to pizza hut just go to you competition now

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a big new yorker and hersheys cookie pizza ended up getting 2 basic pepperonis that where half cooked and flooded with sauce but thats not the worst part, its the cookie pizza that looks like it was made by a 2 year old???
Whoever made this order needs to get fired. the cookie pizza is soggy and falls apart when you touch it and some ape with no brain has just thrown chocolate ontop.. absolute disgrace

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst pizza hut. The order was an hour late despite getting notifications that it was ready and then that it was delivered when it wasn't. The base was too thin for the San fran base and too much sauce. The mousse had clearly been frozen and defrosted. Given the reviews on Google the managers/owners clearly don't care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I cannot believe that pizza hut can take an order for over $80 of pizza, take your money and then just not bother to deliver or contact you. Not only that but when you try to find out what happened no one answers the phone. What kind of a place are you running? Thought it was illegal to scam people? Believe me I will be coming into the store to sort this out and you will wish you had honored the order I placed and paid for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered 3 pizzas and sides. It was missing our XL pizza. Driver didn’t want to know. Manager told us we would get one in credit. Placed an order today for 6pm for an order to include our free missed pizza. Turned up half hour late and only one pizza. Worst company we have EVER dealt with!!! Save your frustration and don’t order from the Henderson branch!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ $14 for this? If you're gonna serve pizza, at least have the base cooked through and not doughy to the point where it is difficult to tear 1 piece. 0/10 would not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is atleast the 6th or 7th time I've paid for 2x extra pepperoni and gotten the same amount as my flatmate who ordered just a regular loaded pepperoni without extra toppings.
Rip off hard, don't be such tightasses and give me what I pay for or I won't come back to spend $20 per pizza. Talk about greedy, can't even treat regular customers right consistently. This has happened on atleast half of my orders. What's the point in even having the option to add more if it's essentially a 50/50 chance of just being a donation to Pizza Hut that I didn't agree to?
First pic is flatmates pizza, second is mine. Not worth paying $6 more for what is clearly no difference in amount of meat, what a scam.
