โ โ โ โ โ Ordered online a day ago, for a limo pizza & 2 other pizzas, to be picked up at 7pm today, pizza wasnโt ready, they forgot the seperate pizzas 2 times my partner has to remind them, leaving the limo there to get cold first time

I spent 50 dollar in a order.... 1 month ago, and what I received was not what I order, no consistency on the sizes of the pizzas, poor quality and awfull taste, all burned.... I sent them an email and I'm still waiting for their reply. 1 Month ago I received an email saying they received my complaint and that they were processing it, IM STILL WAITING.... they practically stole my money.

โ โ โ โ โ First time I waited in line for 20mins only to be ignored and had some indian guy behind me somehow got preferable treatment. 3 years later I gave them another shot to only have to wait over 40 mins for a generic value range pizza. Worst customer service....if only I could give it zero stars

โ โ โ โ โ Back in 2020 they sold veg hot n spicy for $5 for large.
Now they sell it for over $10 for same large size.
So many classic range moved to favourites e.g. Hawaiian.
Now only ham and cheese is $5.
All staff are friendly and food quality is good.
I would have given 5 stars for hospitality, but the huge increase in price cut 2 stars down.

โ โ โ โ โ Don't know what the big idea was to give us pizzas with NO base sauces and when we tried to call up to find out, couldn't be reached. Called multiple times and nothing. Not happy at all. Who the hell gets pizza without the base sauce and is satisfied ? Not to mentioned, most of the toppings were only in the middle so a fair ways out there was just dry crust on both pizzas. If I could give zero stars I would.
