This has recently been under new ownership. Very poorly managed. I had cancelled my subscription and submitted my Key tag on February. But until today my credit card is still being charged weekly . When I emailed premier fitness, he mentioned that I did not confirmed via email, while infact the agreement cleary stated that I cancel by coming to the office straight. Just be careful next for others out there.

Love this gym. Been here for a few years now. Friendly and helpful staff and person trainers do good by you. Totally recommend. The facilities are so nice as well

Have emailed and called multiple times to cancel my membership and stop taking payments out of my account. This was in April. It is now June and there is still debit success payments coming out. Extremely suspicious and I strongly suggest anyone else that has this issue to contact their bank and report it.

Quick & easy sign up. Has a great selection of machines, free weights, functional equipment & cardio equipment. Best gym I've been to in Auckland. Could do with a bit more lower weight dumbbells for the ladies but it's no biggy. Definitely recommend if you're into getting a serious workout. Equipment & bathrooms are clean. Pretty quiet in the mornings.

Extremely poor gym. Small, old equipment, poor ownership/management. Cancelled my membership only to find out i was still paying. Attempted to communicate the circumstances of the situation to the now new owner only to get hung up on and sworn at over the phone. Disgusting behaviour really. Dont waste your time here. Plenty of other better quality gyms in the area.

Very Poor Communication. I was charged early termination fee. After 3 weeks of communication btw emails( They never pick up phone calls., replies after 3 /4 days) they said because of Covid they extended my contract without my consent which I wasn't aware and no one communicated this to me. They have been pushing this matter as it was debit success issue. Still chasing them with no resolution. I wouldn't recommend this gym. From the reviews I can see its just not me.

Two years ago I gave this gym 5 stars for excellent service. But since the change of ownership this gym degraded to scummy practices. I had my membership cancelled 6 months ago, only to discover recently that they had kept charging me. I have called the gym several times only to jump hoops. I was told to call DebitSuccess, which wasn't my responsibility to do, only for them to tell me that the refund can only be actioned by the gym. At least DebitSuccess did tell me that the gym had not actioned my cancellation until this Monday when I called again. Everytime I have called only for the staff to tell me that the owner will call me to discuss the refunds. I want all my money back that they've taken from me, no one should have to pay for the gym's screw ups. It seems I'm not the only one having this issue with this gym, judging from the reviews.

Waiting for my membership to end. To the previous owner, he biggest thing for me was the service and maintenance of the gym. It was okay in the beginning but during my time as a member, these two areas needed(s) ATTENTION. I think some fitness equipment is attention and is outdated. However, I must say though, I notice a change at the gym and I definitely can see the new owner is making improvements. I noticed a spoke to the owner, at the time I didn't realize, and gave props to him. I'm honestly hoping the best for him, and I guess, small steps but surely. Here's hoping. I checked out the City Fitness in Ormiston and I was very impressed. Hygiene and Gym equipment was on point. Equipment was awesome. Spray bottles galore, which is awesome especially under this Covid situations. However, things are not guaranteed with variants. Especially that area. you are guaranteed, equipment will be maintained or customers will complain and advise. Now, I'm not one to complain but I do have an eye and would assume what customers would expect.
