They’ve got the perfect balance between training hard but no macho atmosphere which can be hard to find (more dad jokes from Nigel than anything). Would suit anyone - from casual training/fitness up to someone who wants to eventually get in the ring

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome martial arts here!! The styles have plenty of variety skills including Zen Do Kai (Freestyle Karate), Muay Thai, Krav Maga, Boxing, Fitness, Self-defense. Not to mention building self confidence etc. The facility is specialty designed and built with a plethora of equipment including heavy bags, all types of pads, mirrors, weights, swiss balls and much more. Instructors are very knowledgeable and friendly, some are the highest ranking in New Zealand!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good facilities, large space which is matted, a ring, and plenty of pads etc. The trainers were friendly and quickly matched on ability for training partners. New people are treated with respect and given one on one time. Pricing options are competitive.
