The customer service was excellent and within a day the equipment we needed was sent to the branch at Onehunga in Auckland. The customer services provided by Dahlene and George at the Onehunga branch was outstanding.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A big thank you Mike and some very positive feedback. Late last year you gifted me a large pack of a truly magic cleaning sponge. Me and my wife had a big clean up over the weekend after tenants in our rental vacated. They'd left dirty marks over an awful lot of wall surfaces and vacuum cleaner marks on the skirting boards in every room. I thought I'd have to to take a fortnight off to repaint as I did a few years back for this property until we started work using the magic sponge. Magic isn't a word I use lightly, out of this world. A wonderful product and thanks again to Proquip NZ you really saved us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased a George, what an excellent vacuum. Great suction and ease of use on normal vacuuming. The day after delivery my 17 month granddaughter was sick on the fabric sofa. With the spray on cleaner and water, then great suction, the upholstery was clean and incredibly dry. Proquip NZ Ltd were extremely efficient and a pleasure to work with. Thank you.

George took a stain out of our carpet that had been there for years, as well as a spill on the couch upholstery. My 17 month year old is also very happy with George and his friendly face while we clean the house. :)
