β β β β β LITERALLY THE WORST!!!!! Iβm seriously appalled by the SERVICE and QUALITY of the products of this store. The owner even refuses to acknowledge or offer a solution. Gold isnβt cheap and when you are spending in thousands for just one product you would expect the quality match its price.
Save your money and go somewhere else!

β β β β β I brought two bangles from this store, although not the right rate that I excepted and further screws for the bangle didn't fit well, so I went to the store to get this fixed and both of them seems to be quite ignorant towards their approach and had to wait for an hour and than the bangle was taken and later they didn't even have the courteous to call back or notify the customer & when I called them I was told that we were very busy. You didn't give the bangles for free, I paid for it and I had to make several trips to get this sorted, burn the gas. Super pathetic service, I wont recommend it anyone.

β β β β β The worst service received ever. Got bangles with a hook which kept falling, returned to the shop to get it fixed however of no use. $3000 bangles very easily falls off from hand and need to wear with so much fear of losing your hard earned money $3000 anywhere. Requested to get the refund however store owner is highly unprofessional disgusting person with no sense to talk with customers. Tried his best to put the blame on us stating we don't know the wear bangles and it opens and falls i was like what the hell. Long story short after we trying to maintain our calm while the owner tried his best to be disrespectful we told him to take his item back and he gave us our money back after deducting $700. Just an FYI the bangle was bought less than 1 and half months back. Definitely no scope of improvement.
