★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a free delivery voucher, choose not to use it to save a bit of extra work for everyone. Went for click and collect. 3 WEEKS AND COUNTING, ZERO REPLIES TO MY 3 EMAILS. Even went into the shop and said I will collect it off the shelf for them, but no!!! a shame you cannot give zero stars because you deserve Zero. I will no longer shop at Rebels Tauranga.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most times I've walked into here it hasn't been too bad at all. However, the last time I went in it was under renovations and it was just a total shocker with boxes everywhere and floors ripped up. I was quite surprised they even continued trading throughout this time really.
Staff were friendly at the counter. However, it may pay to stop trading (in-store) should future renovations take place, again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to Tauranga rebel sports and asked the staff if they had an item in store and she told us to look in the isles, and after we told them they have it in stock and she couldn’t be bothered to look in the back and she was very frustrated and got someone else to do it and went on break. She has dyed pink hair on the tips and wears and white and pink checkered mask. I will give the shop assistant 1/5 stars for there customer service.
