★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a CD from here, then on my fault found another CD somewhere else which in my opinion and their defense I should have looked before I purchased. Then blamed for a cracked case on return even though the thing was cracked when I bought it, the staff could have been nicer and more accepting that this can happen at their fault. Staff got defensive and attacking and were in denial, I didnt mind because it was cheap for what it was : 2nd hand when I purchased it. Other than that the shop is well stocked. Nice atmosphere. -Added after response yes I was allowed a refund for a voucher of the price that spent - so I got a refund in that way. Thanks for that :) My acceptance for a voucher is because I didnt have a chance to ask for a refund

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very happy with the service I received on my Rega turntable today, now I have it spinning at home it sounds better than it ever has. Very small price to pay to get the most from my setup. I was impressed with the speed this was carried out and the no fuss approach, also the price was less than I was expecting. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants to ensure they're getting the most from their turntable.

Went in for a headshell and walked away knowing I’ll be spending a lot more time and money inside in future. Excellent selections of new and used records both in store and online.
Well ranged hifi to suit a range of budgets. After knowing exactly what I wanted, the staff member whipped out his Leatherman, expertly replaced the cart and balanced it properly, saving me significant headaches at home.
Was left feeling they truly appreciate the different reasons why people listen to music, regardless of budget. Unpretentious in a field that can be notoriously so - while still having the requisite store copy of Wish You Were Here sitting next to one of several VERY nice setups.
Will be back, and highly recommend.
