★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not happy with them. My loads of washing clearly being able to fit into one large washing machine because I have been coming in the last 2 months, every week to do it. This time when I pay at the counter, they charged me twice the amount because they claim they cannot fit my washing in one large machine, only can do two machines. Furious! My regular $16 has bumped up to $30 today. No apologies from them at all either. Bad bad bad. Make sure you tell them each time which machine you want them to use. They didn't even bother talking to me about it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst place to clean your clothes, I would like to give 0 stars but I can’t. I’m on vacation with my friend and we had to wash nearly all of our clothes. We separated everything to black, white and colored. Afterwards we put them in the dryer and nearly everything was red! I found out that in the dryer was a big stain of lipstick.
We talked to the worker of the laundry, he didn’t cooperated and said it’s our fault but it obviously wasn’t!
There was a man, a good guy, who was there to clean his clothes too, he saw that we got a problem which wasn’t our fault and he drove us to the supermarket to buy us some Vanish Oxygen and payed our second wash. God bless you!!
The stains are still remaining and more than the half of the clothes (27 pieces) are damaged and some of them we had to throw away. This was such an expansive wash, thanks to the laundry for nothing!
