Being such a last minute order- after lack of inspiration of what to do with my hair- I just thought I would get a few flowers on a ribbon... well I was blown away! The service was 5 star, the owner replied to me so quickly and asked the theme and the colour of my dress. When I picked it up on Saturday it was perfect, better than I could have imagined. I even won the title of best dressed teacher at the ball, which was very much due to my beautiful flower crown. Katie and her team are so talented and I use them for all my flower and arrangement needs.

Made a beautiful arrangement that was delivered locally in Rotorua the same day on multiple occasions. I admire the work ethic, I had placed an order very late at night, got an email from the florist at a little after 4:30am NZ time offering an alternative as they were getting beautiful fresh roses in that morning (pictures of the resulting arrangement attached), you can't find that level of customer service and dedication to come in that early and make sure things get done and smoothly just anywhere.

Amber said she was able to make exactly what I wanted and within my budget. She even loaned a pen for me to take away to write in the cards ?
