★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shisha is pretty good id give a 10/10 for that but the business lacks customer service waited a very long time for the shisha to arrive n than charcoals weren’t replaced we waited for a while . They were good at start but when customers gained not cared for ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a pineapple fresh head, not good. Died within 20mins,even fresh coals wouldn't help it. The pineapple was frozen which means the fruit is not fresh. Fresh heads need to be fresh not frozen,hence the reason it is called a fresh head.
Cheap pricing however,but would recommend just sticking with a normal clay head.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would honestly give them 0 stars if I could. I will say that the shisha is good. But the horrible customer service just takes this down. The fact that they make you pay extra for a pipe if there's more than 1 extra person with you is a joke, even if that 1 extra person isn't smoking, EVEN IF THEY BUY ANOTHER MENU item. And it's not like they increase the amount of flavoring they use if there's extra people which would make sense. Also they take AGES to bring coals out. Screw this place honestly.

The food however is a bit boring, but if you're going there its not for the food.
All in all... GREAT place to chillax and catch up with friends with great ambiance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I enjoy my shisha and I've tried many places in auckland. I can tell you first hand that Sahara's shisha will keep its flavor without burning out for hours compare to other places. Love the vibes and friendly staff who always keep a smile and suggest the best and yet interesting flavors. Awesome catch up spot in Eastern Auckland.
