★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in and had a look and was blown away, the prices are rediculous. Some of the clothes were retail prices, considering these are people's old clothing thrown out to hopefully be used for people in need. I am pretty sure that is what people think is going to happen when they chuck there clothes in clothing bins.. Or they are sold and the profits given to charities. I really hope this is the case, the person/persons profiting emensly on other people's old clothing is very greedy especially at these prices... Shame!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a hoodie for $19.99 and looked to be in excellent condition, got home took the price tag off the cuff and there was a bad stain underneath, what dirtbags covering the stain with the pricetag. What a rip off store it is, shame on whoever was behind this. One star is being generous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service I have a mask exemption for medical reasons. The lady who approached me didn’t care whatsoever that I had an exemption she proceeded to tell me that they aren’t allowed to accept mask exemptions?? Since when can they not accept government issued documents? She rudely told me to put a mask on or to leave the shop. Never felt so humiliated in public before. Won’t be shopping there again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Old grumpy woman with red hair and glasses was extremely rude to not only me but other customers. She rudely told another woman she had to give her, her bag as their store policy but definitely could've said it in a kinder way. Then when I was near her she looked at me everytime I picked up a item of clothing to look at as if I was about to run out of the door with it. She also gave everybody a not so nice look everytime they put clothing onto the returns rack. The worst thing was when she told off my two year old son for climbing under a clothes rack apologized and explained he's only toddler and they're not easy to control in a public area and then when he ran away from me and hid under a clothing rack she grabbed him and yelled "no" I was absolutely disgusted. If you can't deal with people, do NOT work with them. I hope that her manager sorts her out because by the looks of the reviews I'm not the only one liking her customer service. Sort yourself out lady.
