We recently took our business to the next level and engaged Small Business Web Designs to custom design our site - and I'm SO glad we did. Christine managed the process and was AWSOME to deal with from start to completion. Responsive communicator with an excellent eye for detail and took the stress out of everything. I looked at some examples of their work and was impressed.
The end result once my site was completed was beyond my expectations.
I was slow to respond to their requests at times because of being away from the office for periods of time and yet I found their polite patience to be outstanding.
They happily worked within these restrictions without complaint.
Any lack of expertise on my part was easily and quickly resolved by their support staff with very prompt emails.
It is the best experience I have had with a web site development and I have had 4 sites created over the years.
Francis was so easy to work with and followed my every request faithfully.
