★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 star for Dr Cynthia Shi - she greeted us at reception about our enquiry, perhaps she is not use to being on the front desk but regardless she should be well aware of the disabilities act and general expected customer service behaviour.
We simply enquired about getting a quote for a dental care procedure, of which we would be getting financial assistance to pay for.
She then insisted we book in and when we said no thanks, we would like a quote first to show and get financial assistance - she immediately went cold and sour, giving us an up and down stare and judgemental look.
Her tone of voice changed, and she wanted nothing to do with us - her manner was rude, sharp and short and REFUSED saying that there is no such thing and it is not possible to get financial assistance from WINZ for dental care.
We then went to another Dentist and was booked in and seen that week AND the financial assistance was approved and covered the cost. You should be ashamed of yourself 'Smile' and Cynthia Shi.

Would highly recommend this place and will definitely be going back for other treatments when needed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Twice within the last month I was able to receive treatment the same day I contacted Smile. I was fortunate to meet with Doctor Jomy on both occasions, the second required the extraction of a stubborn wisdom tooth.
I have been impressed with the thoroughness of the treatment, the problem and the options were fully explained to me, and a list of after surgery procedures was provided. I am happy to report the extraction was successful without any noticeable bruising and the need for any further pain killers. Both my wife and I are looking to have Doctor Jomy as our regular dentist.
