★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was trying to open and start a new membership when greeted by Callum the assistant manager this encounter would lead to me been personally insulated and leaving the gym without joining.
I was Quizzed over my intentions and asked where I was living then I was mistakenly refer to me as a backpacker and said I'll be taking advantage of the facility's and most lightly not pay.
Need less to say worst customer service even and i would much rather spend my money else where.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great gym. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice atmosphere, good equipment and good amount of space to work out in. The place is well kept and the membership fees are reasonable. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it. The best gym in The Mount/ Papamoa area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been going to Snap Papamoa for a few years now. The staff are always friendly and helpful; in fact, I love the community I feel there. The gym itself is well-stocked and clean. I love the classes too. If you’re looking for a gym, Snap is a great option. I definitely recommend it.
