I took my mower in for service went to get 2 days later was horrible rattle sparks,left it went back week later that was sorted but wheels wouldn't roll properly nothing wrong when went in.Sur then tried not let me take it even when I said I still pay the bill unreal
She rude and argumentative I wont be back I should of listen to my neighbours they warned me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called to ask if we could drop our lawnmower in for a service when go on holiday for a week and pick it up when we got back. Was told sarcastically that they weren't a storage facility! We try to use local tradies first, but in this case would rather go to Te Rapa.

The husband and wife team knew all about the weed-eater they sold me, explained to me all my purchasing options and gave me valuable hints and tips to prolong the machines 'service life's. Friendly and efficient I cannot recommend this store highly enough!
