★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably the worst run business in Queenstown. Phone lines don't work, they don't get back to you via email, and the staff struggled with a small amount of customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were very excited about coming here and having a family fun night with pizza and bowling. The reality was when we arrived we found that the bowling reception is also the hotel reception as well which meant we had to wait for ages to actually talk to 1 of the 2 people working as they were also checking in guests. The pizzas were very average with no flavor at all. We also had an infant that needed changing and they had no changing facilities at all so my wife had to change our son on the bathroom floor. A rubbish experience over all and we will not be recommending this to our friends or returning ourselves in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m sorry but the lady at the reception area of strike bowl was sooo rude . She told us to book over the phone and we rang twice and left the message but she never rang . I’m sorry I work in customer facing job too but there is no need to be rude

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A nice family entertainment venue with bowling, arcade, billards operated by coin, and jenga. Billard sticks missing cue tips at the time of our visit. Bowling shoes provided. GREAT service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately, we went there in other to support the business, really looking forward to have a great time. We bought two games.
We tried playing one game, but the machine got stuck twice in 15 minutes (everytime we had to call one staff to reset it and wait 10 minutes everytime it happens).
Then the machine was not delivering the ten pins, only 8 of them for the rest of the game, so we couldn't even score properly.
The family next to us saw my sadness and they told me that they had been made change lines twice because the machine got stuck three times with them.
We had a booking for dinner so we couldn't waist more time in technical problems.
We tried to ask for a refund for the second game that we coudn't even reach, but they said that they needed to call the manager.
20 minutes waiting for that.
The staff dont even look in our eyes, do not comunicate anything to us.
Nothing happens.
We asked again because we were late for dinner.
They told us they could give us a voucher for a free game if we insisted.
We wait another 15 minutes just to have a computer sheet written in word with a signatur without last name to use 1 game in the next 6 month.
I took a picture but don't uploaded because don't wanna be rude.
Really disappointed, not only for the technical problems, but with the customer care as well. We know how much we are struggling in this times but a little bit of empathy is free of charge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ But disappointed in this place. It is very old and run down inside We booked a lane for a certain time and still had to wait. The "arcade" is very average at best. We started bowling and had to move lanes 4 times as it kept breaking... This got very frustrating as it was a 5 or so minute wait each time. We wanted to order off the menu, however was told that they don't do that menu anymore, all we wanted was hot chips... Not the best of places but we still enjoyed ourselves.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Made a booking online. Got no confirmation. So, we just went there. First they told us all lanes are booked. So, we thought we'll play pool. Wanted to get change for the pool table with my debit card and they said they can't do that, they can only give change if we have cash. Only had $2 cash on me. So, we played one game of pool with that. Then all of a sudden they had a lane open and we could play one game of bowling. We came back the next night, this time with cash to play pool and they did not have ANY change for the pool tables!! Please don't waste you time with this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked for 6 had to wait. However the only reason I'm giving 3 stars instead of 1 is the poor worker was under the pump on a Friday night and was still trying his best to accommodate everyone. May i add he done a good job. We felt sorry for him the amount of work he had to do by himself. But he was still very friendly and polite to all the customers. Give the poor bloke a well deserved payrise considering he was doing a 2 persons job operating as one man army.
