★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While i believe this engineer is knowledgable, his communication skills lie on the eccentric side and he talks around in circles. I paid a deposit only to discover that he was only going to provide something i did not require and he would not refund my deposit. He told me he had compiled a thick folder of work on the project but refused to send me this information.
