โ โ โ โ โ Went in to get foils and was really happy with it but I was a bit annoyed that I had to pay a extra $30 for a blow wave that I didn't ask for. Although the lady did apologize because she didnt know it would cost extra but I still think her boss should of told her not to charge me for it.

โ โ โ โ โ Drive all the way from te aroha to come here for my eyebrows. Have tried many other places, only place I liked threaded are from them. Been going here since I also lived in Hamilton just a pity I have to drive abit now! Recommend to all if looking at eyebrow threading! Lovely staff too

โ โ โ โ โ I had made an appointment for one of my disability clients for 1030 and then once we arrived for our appointment the lady asked who it was for and i pointed to my client outside, she looked her up and down and said "sorry we are fully booked" i then said but we have an appointment she then said well not with me you didn't, so we had to leave, she was so excited to get a hair cut saved her money and everything. This is disgusting behavior judging a person by there disability and looks, you should be ashamed of yourself, this was the owner i was dealing with too. Will not be recommending this place to anyone.

โ โ โ โ โ Poor service, unprofessional behaviour, never recommend & never will go there again. Terrible waxing on my under arms and I end up with doctor appoinment before & I made mistake again and they did same with my eye-brows. Very rude behaviour & unprofessiinal staff.

โ โ โ โ โ Didn't do the threading correctly, left lots of pieces of eye brows. Spent most of the time talking to another person on the phone, coughing and splattering with no mask on while doing cuts and threading, and charged 10$ misc for something they couldn't explain "it was just the price"

โ โ โ โ โ Staff member did not wear her mask properly; instead it was below her chin. Threading was ok but when inspection done at home there were spots missed. Not a single care in the world about my skin or putting on a cooling cream afterwards. If after an in and out job, come here otherwise not very personable. Was cheap enough.
