Bought sunglasses and had to return them as there was a technical fault with the lenses, which I have not had with my other sunglasses before.
Showed clear proof and still was not given a refund,
Do not plan to ever revisit.

We walked slowly past Sunglass Style in Sylvia Park today in search of sunnies as a gift for our deserving friend. We were promptly acknowledged while standing there gazing across the wall of spectacles. Andrews' genuine approach was very heart warming as he continued to ask about our day. It was great to hear about his impressive product knowledge and not another demanding sales pitch. Andrews recommendations further supported our belief in his expertise and because we love great customer service, I also treated myself to a pair ??It was great to see teamwork in this retail environment instead of commission driven sales reps. He handed our sale to his colleague Stacey and she was just as helpful as her counterpart. Thank you for a great experience and I will be back for the rest of the family. Authenticity, honesty, humorous and customer focus are great traits of a customer service extraordinaire like Andrew. Sunglass Style discovered a gem when they hired you. Once again, Malo Aupito

โ โ โ โ โ Worst customer service by the guy on the counter called sumit as he said. very rude. He was very disrespectful towards to us , other customers and even to the staff member aswell. I had really bad exp. Visiting the shop yesterday.
i suggested that shop to lot of friends but noโฆ
i heard him saying to one customer that if u want cheap stuff go somewhere else and dont come here.
Dude if u will read the review , improve urself and try to work on ur customer service skills , which u need alot. i wanted to say u the time i left the store but there was other customer and i did nt wanted to say infront of everyone. because we know respect. But the other guy was good. He helped us. He is always helpful .
