★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kudos to Tank for staying calm and properly explaining voucher conditions to a lady who took 15 minutes waiting for the other customers. I don’t think it’s staffs fault to run out of vouchers and when the staffs decide to give the customer her “request” she declined with a heavy heart. No hate, but if you have a favorite tank store, I think everyone is free to go to their favorite tank stores. ✌️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They NEVER get an order right! Horrific service!! You order one thing, then get another. They then just chuck the worng order back into the mixer and add more stuff, make it watery and hand it back again. Thought of giving them a second chance, ordered 2 all berry tanks. They want to give me 1, I show them I ordered 2, they take away the other one and put it on the shelf while they make the other one. The. They hand me a strawberry smoothie and tell me I already got the other one. Eventually they find the other one, its all watery and just say “enjoy your day”!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service I’ve ever had at Tank! Waited forever for my daughter’s mini smoothie. Pricy and poor service. Oh! Not to forget the lumpy smoothie that blocked the straw making difficult for a kid to drinking without a mess. Do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm a big fan of Tank, but this branch has only ever disappointed. Staff are unfriendly and unhelpful, and sloppy (unhygienic too from what I can observe) with orders. Tried a few different smoothies on different days in case my experience was a one-off, but every time they taste bland and I end up doctoring them at home (sometimes just adding a pinch of salt to the "salted date-caramel" smoothie saves it lol). I now drive out of my way to other Tank branches, and warn people not to buy from this branch. A recipe/food awareness overhaul is much needed, plus some staff training in hygiene and customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This branch of Tank is so disappointing. I always get Gorilla Green and they made something else this time! When I reported it, they refused to admit the mix up. This is my regular drink and I am sure they forgot green shot in it. It’s disappointing how they behaved in response. Avoid this branch! Big No from me.
