★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After 7:10 if you go there, they won’t make any juices for you. Happens to me three times, excuse was ‘our juicer is not working’. Yea, so why you publish your business hours till 7:30? Zero star ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good drinks and healthy lunch. New touch screen order system is difficult to use. Bigger lines at check out. Confusing for clients to use. Not all menu items on touchscreen. Or hard to find when big line behind you. Not a fan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used to buy from here every weekend but don't go as frequently after the last few price increases. Thought I'd treat myself tonight since my favourite Strawberry Lush is the weekly special. The lady taking my order couldn't look more miserable or less interested, barely spoke to me - all 3 staff looked miserable. After waiting 20 minutes and having a handful of people who had ordered after me receive their orders and leave I finally received my smoothies which were more like juice as they were so runny which just added to my disappointment. I was looking forward to a nice, cool, thick smoothie in this afternoon heat. Great customer service (smiles and thank you) make it easier to overlook average product. Sadly I only received the average product today.
