★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like most of them but today I tried new one caramel one .i didn’t get any taste or flavour of caramel in it . No presence of cashews. It tastes like only bananas. Sorry to say you have to improve of it. Thanks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to Tank in New Market for the first time and it was the worst experience. I ordered my smoothie, the store was quiet. I was the only customer in there as the lunch rush was over. The lady there made my smoothie.. left it sitting there.. then a man walks in. She starts making his salad. One lady who also works there is having a chat and mopping the floor. She made no eye contact until I got annoyed walked up and said.. "excuse me can I have my smoothie. She apologized and I walked out". Moral is... keep your standards high and treat everyone the same.. seriously would rather go to the mall and visit Tank there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give zero, I would. Waited over 15 minutes to be able to order (2 people ahead of me), then another 10 min to get my order (one wrap). At peak lunchtime, in town, only two staff were working; as I waited I watched them make mistakes with another order. When my order was ready, they told me it was another wrap (not what I’d ordered), and seemed very confused when I questioned it, starting to ask me if I’d added quinoa, or ordered two wraps…I won’t be returning, and will just walk the extra few minutes to Westfield instead, as I’ll still come out 20+ minutes ahead and with confidence I’ll actually get what I order.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PAINFULLY SLOW. The slowest and worst service I’ve ever experienced. Stingy operator clearly only wants to pay for one staff member per shift. Disgraceful. Put some extra staff on!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am giving 1 star as do not have an option to select no star. Terrible service. I had to wait for more than 40 minutes to get 2 juices and 1 wrap. Upon asking about my order, the staff just stared at me without bothering to answer or apologies for the delay. And then they continued working very slow and instead of the wrap, started making salad. When I mentioned that I ordered a wrap, she made a wrap as if she was doing a favor on me and almost banged the wrap in front of me. I will never ever go there. It is not even very busy as half of the offices in Newmarket are still closed. Not sure how they will manage the pressure when all the offices are closed. Utter waste of time.......
