★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After waiting at the counter for a long time and not being greeted, the lady staff worker finally looked over at me. She never made any eye contact, and was very unfriendly. She seemed put out by my being there. Once i recieved my order, the straw and cup the smoothie came in were dirty and the smoothie itself tasted like dish washing liquid. Due to the rude and terrible service as well as the lack of cleanliness, i will not be going back to Tank.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every time I try to order online it says the store is closed . The days are inconsistent and it’s really annoying why have a store if you don’t plan on being open ? . You can’t tell me they’re looking for more staff when there’s no job vacancy up on the door at all either so what the hells going on?

The heavy set blonde woman is particularly rude to customers on a regular basis and last week I witnessed her remove her facemask to nibble on a piece of chicken whilst she was making a salad. Disgusting and potentially dangerous behavior from someone who represents a company whos customer service is usually of such a high standard.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have experienced very poor customer service from this Tank numerous times. I order 1 smoothie online and turn up 30 minutes later to my drink still not being ready, I then wait another 20 minutes until my order is ready. The tank near my work in central city(Wynyard Quarter) has the same number of staff, twice as many customers and manages to get my order ready in 15 minutes. This store needs to hire more staff or provide more training.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Young lady here makes the best smoothies ever and we go to a lot of tanks . Hate to be rude but I’ve seen some super negative comments about time management and people having to wait we have ordered twice from this store and it’s always been ready when we get there so I find there reviews hard to believe . And very nice people also. I personally think some people are just rude for the hell of it leaving a review like that. 10/10 will be returning lots
