★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One guy in this place, who I presume is the manager, has no idea whatsoever what customer service is about. My wife has a condition that requires her to have less sugar. When we asked for a veggie juice to have less apple and more cucumber he told us that he couldn't do it because apple is the base (ie, apple is cheaper than cucumber). This is despite his own staff, and almost every other Tank we have used throughout the country, fulfilling this request without a problem. I cancelled my order for $18 worth of juice (most of which must be gross profit), because he was worried about a few cents extra cost on one of the juices. I then walked 200 metres to the next Tank, where they happily filled my order. I will never use Tank on Featherston Street again, and given that we were regular customers, perhaps he'd like to get his calculator out now and work out how much he saved by refusing to give us less apple, more cucumber.
By way of contrast, when we visit Auckland we go to a wonderful Tank at NorthWest Mall. After making our special request only once, on subsequent visits we got a very smiley welcome and a "2 Vegetable Kingdoms, one with less apple and more cucumber, right?" THAT is how you do customer service.

The berry and the health smoothie were absolutely revolting nothing like they should be.
Neither of us finished them.
Not good enough tank!!!!!
