★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although I was the only customer in the store, the lady seemed to be busy cleaning so I let her be and waited patiently as I was in no rush. However when she came to the front she didn’t acknowledge or greet me, and still I stayed polite but overall she just lacked customer service skills and didn’t seem like she was interested in being there. No smile, little to no communication. I do feel sorry for her as she was working on her own so I hope the staff are being treated and trained properly here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'd post a score of zero if I could ordered a guacamole greens salad . The lady who made it used an off avocado in the salad and forgot to put the chicken in I got all the way home and was left with an inedible sloppy mess instead of a salad very disappointed, I tried to call to let them know but they're not answering their phone, I have left a message to let them y but I doubt they'll return my call. Please do yourself a favour and don't waste your time and money here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service needs to be reviewed. I went out of the shop after ordering, thought I'd given them plenty of time as there was only one other customer waiting. Came back and my order hadn't even been started. Three staff, one on the phone two doing nothing, hadn't realized my order had not been done. I paid at the counter BTW. Not professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 people waiting and only one person working the kitchen. The staff are unfriendly and have no interest in taking people’s order. Only one self service screen works but the eftpos for it doesn’t. Staff disappearing to the back after they’ve made 1 shake and staying there for the next 5-10 before coming back out. Pathetic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went into tank and was greeted by this young lovely Māori lady. I think her name is Beyonce and she managed to make my order perfectly and efficiently. Deffs a great experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Out of four self service machines, only one was working which was the first disappointment. At a time where it wasn't too busy, only 4 people in the store at once and only saw one UberEats pick up, I waited 20 minutes for one smoothie. Wish it had at least one more staff member to make the service a bit faster. Definitely enough space in the kitchen area to socially distance 3 workers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have thought the smoothies in the past were some of the best at the Lincoln Rd Store however this week (ie today 4/2/22) guy who made the smoothies forgot to add the flavour (for 3 smoothies). Week prior I got a completely different salad. Both incidents happened within a week (so staff who were different may need a bit more training).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visit many different Tank across Auckland on a weekly basis for lunches. Lincoln Rd has got to be my worst experience yet. Staff very unfriendly and don't seem to care too much about their work. Eftpos machine broken but works only with paywave. Come on Tank you should be better than this, you have a good product but poor service and unhappy staff.
