★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came into this store around 2pm today looking for a lunchtime snack. To say we were greeted by the most miserable imaginable staff would be a complete lie, because we didn’t even get a simple hello, goodbye or your order is ready. On the bright side I managed to get a grunt from the front counter staff member and my order pushed my direction as an indication that it was ready.. When I questioned the difference between the mini medium and large combo options the reply I was given was “the price”. This place left my appetite for anything at all completely wanting. If possible I’d give it zero stars but maybe the subtle grunt earned you the one star you’ve been given.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ People need to stop complaining about how long their order takes to be made. Be mindful of the staffs working please. And I've had a very good experience of customer service from these "Three miserable girls" someone had mentioned..they were actually amazing good service very good time management considering the line...also unbelievable to be busy on a Sunday? but non the less I will continue to dine here?.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely staff although just ordered 2 x salads and again utterly disappointed. Both Ceaser & Toyko salads had next to no chicken and didn't have all of the ingredients advertised. Regrettably won't be returning, if you like salad leaves with no flavor or extras for $9 this is the tank for you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really enjoy the smoothies and salads. They are well made. Would be five stars if the staff were a bit more warm and friendly.
Shop is a complete sun trap, maybe that’s why the staff do struggle to be polite and friendly. I was going there every day for about a month but was always greeted as if it was the first time I’d been there (barely greeted at all!). It actually motivated me to buy a Nutri Bullet and make my own smoothies so I didn’t have to have this disappointment in my life - guess I’m winning in the long run!
Note to management, I believe your staff should be introduced to the motto “Fake it till you make it!” As in, try smiling a bit and you will actually feel happier. Also whenever I ask about a particular product the staff’s response is that they haven’t tried it… surely part of the induction is to try each smoothie unless they have dietary limitations … or just lie and say yes it’s a great juice!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not only did they not clarify my order and make me FOUR drinks rather than a TALL drink, but my beef salad smelt HORRIBLE. The meat was discolored, some was hard, some was pure fat and the vegetables were wilted. I took it back for a refund and they refused. I'm not one to complain but that's a lot of money wasted.

I went to the store on Sunday afternoon to get a smoothie and a Thai beef salad, The beef salad was absolutely disgusting. The meat smelt really bad and looked dry and hard. The girl on the counter said it's just the way it smells and looks. I told her we goto other Tanks all the time and get the same salad, It has never looked or smelt so bad. Definitely won't be returning to this Tank and will be telling anyone who wants to go there not to. Absolutely waste of money
